The fully stocked and nicely decorated apartment had all the amenities we needed, including pots, dishes, iron, coffee. The air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms kept us comfortable. The two televisions and vaulted ceilings added to the overall appeal. The location was perfect, being close to downtown and the Maple Leaf Bridge. The apartment was situated on a one-way street, making it easily accessible once we found it. We loved the convenient proximity to a grocery store and the interstate.
Felt at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

Wanted to see Spokane popular places and this apartment was good home base for exploring most of them. I had room by the cleanliness of the property. Everything was simply fantastic. Setting right by river, downtown, a convenient area...
I liked the apartment although some things didn't work.

I got great value for my money at Maple Leaf Manor Suites. The room was clean, well-stocked, and even had little extras like a fan. The location was perfect, close to downtown and convenient for exploring Spokane. The staff was helpful and the keyless entry made check-in a breeze.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe more options or a better selection.

I recently stayed at Maple Leaf Manor Suites and had a great experience. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed, from pots and dishes to a washer and dryer. The kitchen had new appliances and even included extras like coffee and q-tips. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean, making for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The vaulted ceilings added a nice touch as well.
One drawback was that the small sitting room wasn't set up well for visiting, as the chair and sofa were along one wall. Additionally, the neighborhood where the apartment was located was not the greatest, but I didn't have any problems during my stay.

It truly felt like a home away from home. The couches were comfortable, and the customer service was exceptional when we had to relocate. The location was in a historic neighborhood, with a mix of renovated houses and some still run down. The closets were big, and everything was fresh and clean. There was no noise from other guests, and it was a nice comfy apartment with plenty of space. The full kitchen and laundry appliances were a bonus, and any issues, like a toilet not flushing, were quickly resolved.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of this place was perfect! It is close to downtown and the Maple Leaf Bridge, making it convenient to explore the city. The house is split into 4 apartments, and the one we stayed in had a nice sitting and kitchen area, perfect for our needs. The master bedroom and another room with twin bunk beds were cozy, and there was a well-maintained bathroom in the hallway. The place had two TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the sitting area. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the availability of amenities like a washer, dryer, and full-size fridge. The apartment had a cool, vintage vibe and was located in an older neighborhood with some interesting landmarks nearby, like a historic ice cream parlor built in 1939. Additionally, we were only a few minutes away from a grocery store and about 8 minutes away from downtown.
Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from both downtown and the airport. It made it easy for us to explore the city and also had its own parking area, which was a great bonus. Additionally, the apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen and multiple bedrooms. It was perfect for our Christmas getaway.
One major downside was the noise level. The floors squeaked loudly, especially when there were people walking above us, making it difficult to sleep or even have a conversation.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The kitchen was well-stocked with new appliances and even had a washer and dryer. There were pet waste bags provided in the fenced yard, which was great for my furry companion. The location was perfect, close to downtown and an upscale grocery store. The hotel was sound-proofed, so traffic noise was negligible.
Nothing, all was good.

We stayed at a place that was conveniently located in a great neighborhood. It was close to downtown and had easy access to all the attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service from the owners was top-notch. We also enjoyed the access to a nearby fitness center, which was a great bonus.
There was some confusion with the lock system, which took us some time to figure out.
